HCC Ltd. (Howard Cleveland Cooper Limited) logistics is a 1912 founded San Andreas logistics company operating on large scale in San Andreas. It has been one of the former main suppliers of Las Venturas from corporations to local subsiduaries, on instance K.A.C.C. Military aviation fuels and LV 24/7.

Founded in 1912, Christopher Howard, Jerry Cleveland and Wallace Cooper were both set in the economy and decided to group up in 1943 during a merge of three distribution companies. Cleveland's 'Johnson & Johnson' was first to suggest a merge during the late 30's. Cooper's 'CLC (Cooper Logistics Company)' went along and saw a bright future with benefits for him and his employees. Howard's Starlight transportation was slightly hesistant, though with the death of the current CEO trying to uphold traditions in 1939 and the start of WWII, the new CEO, whom was formerly Howard's assistant, signed the paperwork.

Generally their focus goes to all the essential parts of logistics within San Andreas, ranging from sawmill products to manufactured iron, while also serving as the main distributor of products throughout Los Santos, Las Venturas and San Fierro. - Their operations are split up in a total of three districts, covering road-train transportation and district-wide deliveries on demand. HCC coöperation should be an essential part of whichever type of industry in San Andreas. Both restaurants and factories have become a part of HCC's network.

The main warehouse is set in Las Venturas, while managment has speculated about the expansion of numerous more depots in San Fierro, Los Santos and Red county. Their current transit departs from Whitewood estates and the Julius Thruway circling around the gambling empire supports HCC in having a strong and effective infra-structure, making their distant depot from other cities not much of a hassle in efficiency.
